A Delicious and Nutritious Way to Fundraise
Why do we need to run a campaign with a fixed time frame?
A campaign with a fixed timeframe of 3 weeks creates a sense of urgency and a focal point for fundraising efforts. As an added incentive we offer a “Buy 5, get 1 extra free” promotion for all orders placed direct through our website or a free freight option for products ordered through your office (for delivery back to you for distribution).
Why is there a 5 week (approx.) delivery delay?
For a campaign we order products according to actual sales. For maximum freshness and because of the exclusive nature of the products, the teas are made to order in the UK factory and shipped from there.
Will there always be a 5-week delivery delay on orders?
No. Following a campaign, your community members will be able to place reorders which will be shipped direct from our NZ base (so long as stock is on hand).
How are payments able to be made?
Your members can order direct through our website. For all orders placed through the website, you will be paid out $2 (incl. GST) per box following the close of a campaign. If you choose to run a paper campaign as well as offering the online ordering you will be charged $6 (incl. GST) per box for all orders placed.
What are the shipping charges?
Freight including packaging & handling is charged direct to the client as follows (up to maximum of 30 boxes). Purple – includes Tauranga, Mt Maunganui & Papamoa $5.00; Brown – includes Thames, Hamilton, Tokoroa, Whakatane $6.00; Yellow – includes Auckland & Taupo $8.00; Green – balance of North Island $10.50; South Island economy $13.00; South Island Express $25.00. For map keys and additional delivery options such as rural delivery, Saturday delivery or large orders please see the website. Courier map.
How are we able to earn ongoing sales income?
Following a campaign, simply keep promoting for ongoing sales through your social media sites, website, newsletters & email system. Sales will be collated and $2 (incl. GST) from every box sold where your group is nominated will be paid out to you. Sales will be collated on a month-by-month basis and payments will be made on 15th of every month following. You will be asked to generate a receipt.
Is there a time limit to how long our organisation will be listed on the website for?
Yes, from the start of your campaign you will be listed on our website for 9 months. You will receive an additional 2 months if you resign for a campaign again. Running a campaign on an annual basis helps to promote a sense of urgency to your members again and reintroduces it to any new contacts. We strongly recommend that throughout the time you are listed on the website you continue to promote your involvement through your social media, emails, newsletters, website channels, etc.
Who can participate in Communi-tea Fundraising?
All groups must show that they are not for profit or that they hold charitable status.
Why are Dr Stuart’s Extraordinarily Good Teas not available through any retail outlets in NZ?
To maintain the exclusive nature of ordering so that the teas can be used for fundraising efforts we have chosen not to offer them into any traditional retail environments.
What marketing tools will we receive?
You will be supplied PDF files that you can email to members or can embed into your school newsletter along with images that can be used through social media. We will post details onto our Facebook page so you can also share from there. For paper campaigns you will be given order forms and summary sheets to fill out.
